Effect of postgrafting administration of G-CSF on the kinetics of recovery of IL-12Rβ₂–chain gene expression in HLA-mismatched recipients of hematopoietic transplants.

Shown are the time kinetics of IL-12Rβ₂ gene expression in PBMC samples from patients treated with G-CSF (G-CSF+) compared with patients not treated with G-CSF (G-CSF−). Representative RT-PCR analyses done 2 and 6 months postgrafting are depicted. In contrast to the findings in patients treated with G-CSF, IL-12Rβ₂mRNA was detected 2 months after transplantation in all patients not given G-CSF.
