Cell suspensions were fixed with PLPG and incubated with anti-GPV20 (A,D), anti-RRY18 (B,E), or nonimmune goat IgG (C,F). The bound cytokeratin antipeptide antibodies were visualized by an immunogold procedure. Clusters of 10-nm gold particles, indicating the presence of bound anti-GPV20 and RRY18, are seen segmentally on the endothelial plasma membrane (arrows) (A,B).
