Anti-RRY18 125I-F(ab′)2 binding to HUVEC.
HUVECs were incubated with 20 nM 125I-anti-RRY18 F(ab′)2 for the indicated time period in the absence (●) or presence (■) of a 50-fold molar excess of anti-RRY18 IgG. At each designated time point, samples were removed in triplicate and the amount of 125I-anti-RRY18 F(ab′)2 bound to HUVEC was determined as indicated in “Materials and methods.” The results presented are the means ± SEM of 3 to 5 independent experiments and expressed as nanograms 125I-anti-RRY18 F(ab′)2 bound per 106 HUVECs.
