(C) Untreated (Co) or IFN-α–treated (IFN) Daudi cells were lysed and immunoprecipitated with anti-CD95 antibody or isotypic control antibody. Immunoprecipitated proteins were analyzed on SDS-PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The membrane was probed with anti–TNF-α and reprobed with anti-CD95 antibody.
