Cytokine production by the expanded CD8⁺ NKT cells.

Splenocytes were cultured as described, and at the indicated time points cells were assayed for cytokine production with or without stimulation with PHA. (A) Production of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-4, and IL-10 was assayed by ELISA. ■ indicates control; ▪, PHA.
