Mylotarg induces apoptosis in monocytes.

Monocytes were incubated with (1 μg/mL; right plot) or without (left plot) Mylotarg for 72 hours at 37°C, after which cells were labeled with annexin V-FITC and PI, and analyzed on a flow cytometer. The annexin V⁻/PI⁻ cells are nonapoptotic cells, the annexin V⁺/PI⁻ cells are early apoptotic cells, and the annexin V⁺/PI⁺ cells are late apoptotic/necrotic cells.
