Incorporation of BrdU by various subsets of primitive hematopoietic cells following G-CSF mobilization.

Low-density cells from the leukapheresis products were enriched for CD34⁺ cells, and the CD34⁺Ho/Rho subpopulations were isolated flow-cytometrically. Cells from these various subpopulations were analyzed for their BrdU content flow-cytometrically by means of anti-BrdU/PI staining.
