Active oxygen production in neutrophils obtained from the patients at the indicated days after IFN-γ treatment was analyzed by flow cytometry using DHR-123 as a fluorescence probe and PMA as a stimulus. (A) Increase in fluorescence intensity in comparison to control cells was estimated and expressed as percent increase in mean fluorescence.
