Anti-CD154 mAb administration results in donor chimerism in 80% of mice conditioned with as little as 50 cGy.
Anti-CD154 mAb–facilitated engraftment results in engraftments equivalent to 450 to 500 cGy TBI. B6 mice were conditioned with the indicated cGy TBI (shown on the x-axis) on day −1 and were administered 40 × 106 BALB/c bone marrow cells on day 0.
