Each dose was assayed in triplicate. (Ai and Bi) Flow cytometric histograms for DiOC6 fluorescence at 10 μM mClCCP (unshaded histogram) and untreated control (shaded histogram). Ai illustrates a sensitive sample, and the corresponding dose-response curve is shown in Aii. Bi illustrates a resistant sample, and the corresponding dose-response curve is shown in plot Bii.
