Pyrin and anti–golgin-97 labeling do not overlap in transfected Cos-7 cells.

Cos-7 cells were transfected with pEGFP-MEFV.N plasmid and Golgi was labeled with rabbit anti–golgin-97 serum, followed by Cy3-conjugated donkey anti–rabbit IgG. Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
