Functional characterization of patient PBMCs after a single round of in vitro stimulation with irradiated donor PBMCs (TCL+1).

T cells were tested at various effector-target ratios in a standard 4-hour chromium release assay using donor BLCLs, patient BLCLs, or the allogeneic BLCL OMW as targets. The latter 2 BLCLs were used untransduced (○) or transduced (●) with retroviral vector LDPβ9SΔN encoding HLA-DPβ1*0901. For complete HLA typing of BLCLs, see Table 1.
