RT-PCR analysis of Tyro3, HB-EGF, and FRZB mRNA in primary plasma cells.

RT-PCR analysis of Tyro3, HB-EGF, and FRZB was performed on cDNA from LCLs, HMCLs, purified primary malignant cells from patients with plasma cell leukemia (PCL1-4) or myeloma (MM1-2), and purified PPCs obtained from one patient with RP or by in vitro differentiation of peripheral blood B cells into plasma cells (PPC 1-3). Amplification of β₂-M shows the equivalence of the cDNA loading and amplification. Data are representative of at least 2 independent RT-PCRs.
