The influence of deoxyguanosine on the K-562 cell growth in the presence of nucleoside transport inhibitors.

K-562 cell viability (expressed as a percentage of control cell counts) was determined with MTT assay 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours after addition of 25 μM deoxyguanosine following 1-hour incubation with nucleoside transport inhibitors. Cells (5000 per 200 μL) were growing in RPMI 1640 medium containing 10% FBS.
