Effect of Der p 1 on the production of IL-10 and IL-12 by DCs.

Monocyte-derived DCs from house dust mite–sensitive patients (A-B), from grass pollen–sensitive patients (C-D), and from healthy donors (E-F) were incubated with 100 ng/mL Der p 1 or 100 ng/mL ProDer p 1 for 6 or 24 hours.
