Comparison of BCL10 protein expression between MALT lymphomas with and without t(11;18)(q21;q21).

T(11;18)(q21;q21)-positive case shows BCL10 (brown) nuclear expression in most of tumor cells, whereas the negative case displays cytoplasmic BCL10 expression. The level of BCL10 nuclear expression in t(11;18)(q21;q21)-positive cells is much lower than that in t(1;14)(p22;q32)-positive cells. Original magnification, × 650.
