(A) α, β, δ, γ, and ε globin spots probed with Cy3-labeled probe from 10 normal bone marrow (NBM) and 5 MDS bone marrow (MDS) samples. In all cases, the Cy5-labeled probe was generated from the same pool of K562 erythroleukemia cell RNA.
