Clone no 1. recognizes the nonamer QYDPVAALF (●, peptide no. 81) and the decamer QYDPVAALFF (▪, peptide no. 83) at lower concentrations than octamer QYDPVAAL (▴). ■ indicates TYGPVFMSL derived from EBV latent membrane protein 2A. CTL assays were performed using ⁵¹Cr-labeled T2-A24 cells as targets at an effector-target ratio of 5:1 in the presence of each peptide at the indicated concentrations.
