Thrombosis-free survival analysis of ITP patients by APA, LA, and ACA status.

Thrombosis-free survival analysis of APA-positive and APA-negative (A), LA-positive and LA-negative (B), and ACA-positive (greater than 10 GPL/MPL) and ACA-negative (C) patients by the Kaplan-Meier method. Patients were censored for thrombosis. P values were calculated with the log-rank test. The data show that APA positivity, especially LA positivity, is an important risk factor for the development of thrombotic complications in patients who present with ITP.
