FKN-induced actin polymerization was evaluated in CD45RO+(A,B) and CD45RO− (C,D) Th lymphocytes from HIV-infected patients. The kinetics of actin polymerization (A,C) was compared between 20 patients and 18 patients with HIV RNA counts below (full symbols) and above (empty symbols) 10 000 copies per milliliter, respectively.
