(A) Total RNA was isolated from immature or mature MDDC at the indicated times after TNF-α was added and subjected to Northern blotting. (B) Autoradiographs were scanned and measured densitometrically, and the intensity of each band was expressed by using arbitrary units according to the densitometric analysis. (C) Effect of PD98059 and SB203580 on CD83, CD49d, and IL-12 p40 mRNA levels during maturation of MDDC.
