Nocodazole inhibits secretion of cathepsin D and IL-1β.

Densitometric analyses of IL-1β, procathepsin D, and cathepsin D present in supernatants of LPS-activated DCs after 6 hours of coculture with alloreactive T cells (DCs + allo T) in the presence or absence of nocodazole.
