These immunoblots of recombinant hIL-6, mIL-6, and vIL-6 (each of 100 ng/lane) used mouse monoclonal anti–vIL-6, rabbit polyclonal anti–vIL-6, and rabbit polyclonal anti–mIL-6 antibodies. (A) Representative Western blot analysis using mAb v6m31.2.4. Similar results were obtained with the mAbs v6m12.1.1, v6m13.1.5, v6m17.3.2, v6m24.2.5, and v6m27.1.2 (data not shown).
