NADPH oxidase activity stimulated by FcγRI aggregation has an absolute dependence on PLD. (A) FcγRI-mediated activation of the oxidase burst in control cells (XL control) or cells pretreated for 20 minutes with either 0.3% butan-1-ol (XL but-1-ol) or 0.3% butan-2-ol (XL but-2-ol).
