Effect of anti-CD9 mAb in TEM assays.
EC monolayers were established in transwell inserts, and TEM assays were carried out with BCECF-labeled A375 cells in the presence of the indicated purified mAb (10 μg/mL) for 24 hours, as described. (A) TEM in the presence of different mAbs against tetraspanin and integrins (B) TEM in the presence of different anti-CD9 mAbs. (C) TEM and bare migration in the presence of anti-CD9 VJ1/10 mAb or its F(ab′)2 fragment.
