Cells were incubated with iTCC (5 nM), TNFα (1.5 × 103U/mL), or IL-8 (10−8 M) either alone (░) or after exposure to mAb anti–PECAM-1 (10 μg/mL) (▪) for 20 minutes before the addition of PMNs to the upper chamber. Percentage of migrated PMNs was evaluated after an incubation of 30 minutes.
