ATP-triggered lymphocyte [Ca++] increase.
ATP triggers a higher [Ca++]iincrease in lymphocytes from evolutive (A) compared with indolent (B) B-CLL. Lymphocytes were isolated as described in “Study design” and resuspended in Ca++-supplemented or Ca++-free solution at a concentration of 2 × 106/mL. The Ca++-free solution also contained 500 μM EGTA. ATP and ionomycin (iono) were 1 mM and 1 μM, respectively.
