DC morphology in adenovirus-infected monocytes.

Monocytes were cultured in SFM/G for 24 hours and then either infected with adenovirus-Luc at an MOI of 200 or treated with 50 ng/mL LPS. At 72 hours later, cells were harvested, and cytospin preparations were made onto glass slides, Wright stained, and subjected to photomicrography. Original magnification, × 400.
