(A) In the nested RT-PCR analysis, M indicates the 100-base pair (bp) ladder marker; lanes 1 to 7 represent FAB M4, M5a, and M5b cases; lanes 8 to 10; M2 cases; lanes 11 to 13; M7 cases. N1 and N2 indicate normal controls. The sizes of the RT-PCR products were Ik1, 907 bp; Ik2, 646 bp; and Ik6, 220 bp.
