Effects of nocodazole on receptor recovery in CHO.CCR5 cells.

Cells were pretreated with nocodazole either on ice or at 37°C as indicated for 1 hour, and internalization was initiated with MIP-1α for 1 hour. Cells were washed and incubated at 37°C for the time points indicated.
