Control or T lymphoblasts treated for 30 minutes with 8 mM CD were subjected to immunofluorescence analysis with fluorescent phalloidin to detect F-actin, or with antibodies to α- or γ-tubulin to stain the microtubule network or the microtubule-organizing center, respectively. Bar is 12 μm.
