Expression of MIP-1α mRNA on EBV infection and LPS costimulation.

Same experiment settings were used as described in Figure 1. RNA detection and quantification was performed using RT and real-time TaqMan PCR technology. Quantification of MIP-1α mRNA was based on expression relative to the coamplified amount of β-actin mRNA. Values are expressed in arbitrary units and represent multiplicities of the respective unstimulated controls. Shown are mean ± SD of 7 individuals.
