Transfected cells were incubated with or without dox (4 μg/mL) for 5 days. After staining with an FITC-conjugated anti-CD41/CD61 complex antibody and 7-AAD, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The 7-AAD+cells were excluded, and 1 × 104 RFP+ cells were analyzed for CD41/CD61 expression. The fluorescent signal from the isotype control antibody has been subtracted from that of each sample. The data are from 3 separate experiments.
