Stable mixed chimerism in the recipients of cells from 2 different donors.
Peripheral blood was obtained at various time points after transplantation. First, 50 μL blood were incubated with antibodies at room temperature for 15 minutes. The stained samples were then processed in Multi-Q-Prep to lyse the red cells. The samples were analyzed in a Coulter EPICS-XL flow cytometer equipped with System II software. The absolute counts were determined by using Flow-Count. (A) Representative histograms show how to differentiate the cells of 3 different origins in different chimeric states. C57BL/6: H-2Db+CD45.1−.
