CB CD34+ cells were cultured ex vivo for 48 hours and assayed for Fn binding (n = 18 [A]) or migration toward MS-5 CM across Fn- (n = 6 [B]) or BSA-coated filters (n = 6 [C]). Percent adhesion or migration of cells in G0/G1, S, and G2/M was calculated relative to the total number of cells in each phase in the input population.
