DC enumeration and CD52 staining on DCs and T cells.
Peripheral blood sample from a healthy donor was stained with anti–HLA-DR and the mixture of antibodies specific for lineage markers CD3, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD34, and CD56. Anti-CD11c was also used to separate DCs into 2 subsets. (A) Total DC enumeration. (B,C) DC1 (CD11c+) and DC2 (CD11c−) staining. Peripheral blood DCs were also stained for the expression of CD52.
