YT CD16⁺ cells secrete IFN-γ in response to CD38 signaling.

YT CD16⁺ cells were incubated with anti-CD38, anti-CD16, or both; washed; and cultured for 20 hours in 24-well plates coated with RaMIg. YT mock cells did not secrete IFN-γ under the experimental conditions used. The same activatory signals were recorded with cocultivation of YT CD16⁺ cells and CD31⁺transfectants.
