Phenotype of BM-DCs unable to respond to type I IFN.
BM-DCs unable to respond to type I IFN have a less activated phenotype than control BM-DCs. BM-DCs were generated from the bone marrow of type I IFN-R KO mice (open circles) or control mice (open squares). Phenotypic analysis was done every 2 days from day 6 after initiation of in vitro culture, but differences between the 2 types of BM-DCs were evident only from day 10 onwards (closed diamonds represent staining with isotype control antibodies).
