Kinetics of wildtype and G3 mTerc−/− B6 Lin− BM cell proliferation on irradiated wildtype and G3 mTerc−/− B6 stromal layers.
Wildtype and G3 mTerc−/− B6 LTBMCs were established and maintained as described in Figure 1. After 21 days, cultures were iradiated with a dose of 17 Gy; 3 days after irradiation, cultures were seeded with 7 × 105 wildtype or G3 mTerc−/− B6 Lin− BM cells. CFU-GM content of the seeded cells was 178 and 177 CFU-GMs per 104 cells for wildtype and G3 mTerc−/− B6 Lin− BM cells, respectively. Every 5 days, half of the medium was changed, and total cells and total CFU-GMs in suspension were evaluated.
