Panels B, D, and F show arteriolar thrombosis in pig TF2. Red immunoreactivity indicates positive staining with anti-TF (panels A,B) or antifibrin antibodies (panels C,D). Panels E and F represent negative controls stained with isotype antibodies. For comparison, panels G and H depict myocardial vessels from the same animals in uninjected territories stained with antifibrin antibodies.
