GTPase activity of GST-hIAN1.

Intrinsic GTPase activity was assessed by TLC analysis. Different amounts of GST-hIAN1 were incubated at 30°C with 50 μM [α³²P]GTP in the presence of 10 mM MgCl₂. Aliquots were removed from the reaction at the indicated times and analyzed by TLC as described in “Materials and methods.”
