Kinetics of the antigen-specific T-cell response after injection of influenza MP–pulsed immature DCs.

MP-specific T cells producing INF-γ, IL-10, and IL-4 were quantified in uncultured PBMCs by an ELISPOT assay. MP-specific lytic effectors were quantified after 7 days of culture with MP-pulsed DCs.
