Survival and overall duration of immunosuppressive treatment were similar for patients with chronic GVHD after PBSCT and after BMT. Upper curves indicate the probability of relapse-free survival after the diagnosis of chronic GVHD (P = .08). Lower curves indicate the probability of discontinuing all immunosuppressive (D/C IS) treatment after the diagnosis of chronic GVHD (P = .08). The space between the upper and lower curves indicates patients who are alive with continued immunosuppressive therapy. Follow-up was censored at the time of recurrent malignancy.
