Effect of increasing dose of melphalan on the tail moment of plasma cells.
Plasma cells were from a single patient, and results were expressed as mean tail moment ± SE of 50 cells analyzed. A linear decrease in tail moment was observed with increasing dose of melphalan as a result of increasing ICL formation.
