Synergistic enhancement of G-CSF–induced mobilization of progenitor cells by anti–LFA-1 antibodies is independent of the dose and schedule of G-CSF.

Mice were pretreated with either a single injection of 100 μg anti–LFA-1 antibodies (n = 3-18) or saline intraperitoneally (n = 3-18). The following days, mice received a dose of 2.5 or 5 μg G-CSF daily intraperitoneally. Twenty-four hours after the last injection, mice were killed and peripheral blood was harvested.
