GFP- and HOXB4-GFP–transduced CD34⁺ were cultured in LTC-IC assays for 6 weeks. (A) The clonogenic progenitor output per 10⁴ cells was determined in bulk LTC-IC assays (n = 6). The frequency of LTC-IC/10⁶ cells (B) and the output of CFC/LTC-ICs (C) were determined by limit dilution analysis (n = 3).
