Lentiviral biodistribution in neonatal mice.

Immunohistochemistry on liver (A,B), testis (C,D), heart (E), and spleen (F) of newborn FVIII knockout mice injected intravenously with 4 × 10⁷ TU HIV-GFP and killed 1.5 months (A-E) or 9 months (F) after injection. Vasculature was stained with antibodies specific for either laminin (B) or smooth muscle cell actin (D).
