Mice were vaccinated with the huCD20-KLH conjugate and the different adjuvants noted in the figure. Serum samples from the vaccinated mice were tested in an ELISA against the indicated antigens at a 1:200 dilution as described in “Materials and methods.” Open circles represent value for each individual mouse.
