DCs incorporating CHP/HER2-147 are more potent than HER2p63-pulsed DCs in an in vivo tumor model.
Five mice in each group were injected intravenously with 1 × 106 syngeneic human HER2-expressing tumor cells, CMS5mHE cells. The mice were immunized with 4 × 105 DCs incorporating CHP/HER2-147, HER2p63-pulsed DCs, or DCs alone 4 and 11 days after tumor challenge. The number of pulmonary metastatic foci was counted 18 days after the administration of CMS5mHE cells. Each bar represents the mean value of 5 mice.
