Kinetics of EMP binding to THP-1 cells.

THP-1 cells were incubated with EMP (50:1 EMP–THP-1 ratio) and were analyzed for the presence of endothelial antigens (VCAM-1, E-selectin, endoglin) by flow cytometry.
